Below is the Treasurer Report. I realized in preparing this that some of my personal purchases through PayPal came from our Ally account and not my personal credit card attached to the account. My sincere apologies for this. I have scheduled a deposit today to correct this, and to make my own donation. I will try to keep better track as I let our account go into the negative for the first time.

Other than donations, the other activity in the last few months was from Gaggle when Buddy did a one month trial. They took out $185.51 in February and refunded $185.15 in March.

Item # 1:  considering possibility of how to continue KTH meetings without a Co-ordinator- eg possibly KTH members being able to sign up to chair on keytoharmony.org  . Motion by Stephanie :May I make a motion to adopt the new way of chairing meetings that was introduced by Buddy. Seconded by Katy. Motion Passed.

November 2024:

Item # 1 Prudent Reserve based on current estimate of yearly expenses reset at $250. $550 donation pegged for WSO (awaiting Treasurer to make donation) .

March 2025: $400 of the $550 was donated to WSO. Awaiting treasurer to send  remaining: $150  donation to WSO).

May 2025 : Awaiting treasurer to send remaining $150  donation to WSO

New Business 

Item # 1 Motion by Arlene to donate money to GEA. No second to motion. Arlene clarified amount of money for suggested donation be $25 . Of 9 members present at meeting,  3 agreed, 3 abstained. Discussion closed.
