Item # 1 Prudent Reserve based on current est of yearly expenses reset at $250. $550 donation pegged for WSO (awaiting Treasurer to make donation) . March 2025: $400 of the $550 was donated to WSO. Awaiting treasurer to send  remaining: $150  donation to WSO). May 2025  & July, 2025: awaiting donation. September 2025: Business Completed.

New Business 

September 2025: 

Item #1 BJ stepped down as Chair.

Item #2 Motion by Stephanie :I move that we contribute $25 to District  & $25 to GEA now and make it an annual donation paid after our yearly expenses each year, with the remainder of any excess over the prudent reserve going to WSO. Seconded by Joyce. Motion passed.

Item #1: from Arlene. I move that in the future we split up our donations among all three entities (District, Gea, and WSO).  Katy seconded the motion. Pros & Cons discussed. From Arlene: I move that we table our decision on donating to each entity till we know more. Decision tabled.


Item # 2 from Arlene. I suggest that we add donation information to the opening shares. I so move. Seconded by Shelley. Motion passed.


Item # 3  Suggestion (Buddy) to set up KeyBiz list on Groups.io   Katy “I move we move this group over to the Groups.io and kill the Gaggle fees. Arlene seconded. Motion passed

  • Item #2 from Feb, 2023: Rose resigned as Group Rep. Kate is Alternate Group Rep. March 2023: Kate prefers not to be Group Rep. & is willing to stay as Alternate Group Rep. (however will not be available in July or August). Alt Chair Buddy sent an Off Topic to members requesting a volunteer to be Group Rep (volunteer would need to join KeyBiz as well) April 2023: Rose reconsidering.
