UNFINISHED BUSINESS

A. Secretary Position: Opens at end of May, 2021- need a volunteer to step up. Mickey considered the position at this time and declined for now . This continues as Unfinished Business. April 2021: no volunteers. Joyce willing to continue a month at a time until end of year. July 2021: Mickey volunteered to be Secretary beginning August 2021. Now Finished Business.

B. Motion 2021 May: proposed by Micky seconded by Cathy: “I formally move to put The Concepts back into the Keys To Harmony scheduled rotation.” Motion formally presented by Chair for discussion. No vote due to lack of discussion. Continues into June as Unfinished Business. June 2021: Mickey prefers not to withdraw motion. Lack of discussion continues. July 2021:

Vote called for by BJ (chairperson).

Yay: Barb, Paul

Nay: Buddy ,Joyce, Rose, Shelley, Sophie

Abstain: Katy

Did not vote in time allotted: Mickey, Cathy

Not participating : Adrienne, Kate

Chair BJ: only votes if a tie

• Question re how sponsorship coordination is going and also a request that KeyBiz have the list of those willing to sponsor
