Old Business

November 202I Item # 1 Prudent Reserve based on current est of yearly expenses reset at $250. $550 donation pegged for WSO (awaiting Treasurer to make donation).

March 2025: $400 of the $550 was donated to WSO. ( awaiting Treasurer to make remaining donation of $150 to WSO).

 New Business

Item #1: from Arlene. I move that in the future we split up our donations among all three entities (District, Gea, and WSO).  Katy seconded the motion. Pros & Cons discussed. From Arlene: I move that we table our decision on donating to each entity till we know more. Decision tabled.

Item # 2 from Arlene. I suggest that we add donation information to the opening shares. I so move. Seconded by Shelley. Motion passed.

Item # 3  Suggestion (Buddy) to set up KeyBiz list on Groups.io   Katy “I move we move this group over to the Groups.io and kill the Gaggle fees. Arlene seconded. Motion passed
